When did Gluten Free become so popular?! Geez. Just recently I decided to have a couple of my girlfriends over for dinner, my treat. Right when I sent out the invite I remembered miss Brittany was Gluten Free- awesome. I didn’t want Brittany to get sick or anything, so I decided to do some research and came across this blog. This gluten free chicken fajita recipe was pretty perfect. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

A little note about my recipes. Mine are more about using pre-made mixes that are easily available. I’m sure some will argue they aren’t as healthy but if you need to eat gluten free and you’re not because of time restraint – That’s NOT healthy! Our son nearly died because of Celiac Disease so this is my passion for those who have no choice.
